Ice Cream Calc 1.1 for Windows®

This application is for calculation of refrigeration segment of the ice cream manufacturing process. The program consists of two parts:

1. Calculation of mix parameters and freezer refrigeration load
2. Calculation of hardening room refrigeration load

All calculation procedures for this software are taken from 1994 ASHRAE Refrigeration Handbook, Chapter 14.
